- What payment methods are accepted?
Concepción Miranda, for security reasons, accepts Paypal and local and international bank transfer, for online purchases on our website. - My order has been rejected, do I have to place a new order?
If you have received an email informing you that your order has been cancelled, please place a new order online or contact us at info@concepcionmiranda.com.
SHIPPING
.- Is a signature required for delivery of my order
For security reasons, all Concepción Miranda online purchases require an adult signature at the time of delivery. - When is my order scheduled for delivery?
To calculate the total delivery time of the items, it is a total of 10 to 15 days for production, plus the time required for shipping. - To calculate total delivery time for pre-order items, please refer to your order confirmation email for expected shipping dates. Those dates will also be displayed on the product pages and during checkout once the item has been added to your shopping bag. Please note that the expected dates are estimates only and your items may arrive earlier or later than expected.
RETURNS
- For online purchases, Concepcion Miranda will refund the purchase price of the returned merchandise in its original condition and if accompanied by the original invoice, the original Concepcion Miranda packaging and the label intact and attached to the item.Merchandise must be returned within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.

- How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your account has been debited. Refunds can only be issued through the same system used for payment, in this case you must wait the time that paypal works for refunds. - We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed and the amount has been debited from your account.
- How to exchange an item on concepcionmiranda.com?
To exchange an item, you must send the original item using the return instructions included in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability. - Can I return a customized item?
